The Overseer

The Overseer is one of the most powerful enemies in the game, and first appear in chapter 9. Afterwards, encountered several times in later levels.

Overview

The Overseer wears an overcoat, and his face is covered by a metal mask with a single keyhole for sight. He wields two double-clipped PPSH-71's. This coupled with his high health and his ability to walk through walls makes him an enemy hard to avoid.

Gameplay Tips

• The Overseer is one of the toughest enemies in the game; it takes a clip of PPSH-71 ammo at point blank range to kill him.

• Melee attacks are pointless as not even the axe will knock him back. The only effective strategy is to get right up to him and unload your PP-SH into him, as he has no melee attack.

Trivia

• The approach of the Overseer is marked by a loud siren.
• The first encounter with the Overseer can be avoided; after he walks through the wall simply run away and around the corner of the hallway. This will cause him to disappear
